You could be machining simple 2.5D parts all the way through to 5 axis mould and die, impellers, turbine components, etc. Takes individual ownership for the CNC Mazak Lathe in relation to troubleshooting error codes and regular maintenance items (oil, etc.Part type and the level of difficulty will have a strong influence on the choice of CAM package.Monitor parts to ensure they are meeting dimensional and drawing tolerances.Ability to inspect work, troubleshoot and recommend optimal cutting tools.Must be able to interpret blueprints, sketches and engineering specifications.Program jobs in Mazatrol and Inventor Cam or Master Cam with the ability to learn Inventor Cam.Setup, Program and Run a CNC Mazak Lathe with live tooling & Manual Lathe Mazak Quick Turn 250MSY.Additionally, this position will run the CNC Mill as a backup as needed. This position requires determining process, tools, and programming (Mazatrol and Inventor Cam). This position is responsible for setting up and running, and taking ownership for problem solving/error codes/machine maintenance standpoint, of the CNC Mazak Lathe.
